Consultation & Skin Test 

 All clients are required to complete a Consultation form and Skin Test with the stylist at Talking Heads Hair Salon a minimum of 48 hours prior to your Hair booking.


A £15 charge will be taken at your consultation appointment and will be deducted from the total amount on the day of your Hair booking.

Bridal Hair

 Bridal Packages are available on request, a trial will be arranged, and all can be discussed for what you may require for your special day. Talking Heads can offer you an 'In Salon' or 

'Home Service' Package.

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation Policy

    I really value your custom and ask that you respect my business scheduling policy. Please notify Talking Heads Hair Salon 48 hours in advance if you wish to make any changes to your booking or for a cancellation of your booking. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge amounting to the cost of the scheduled appointment. 

  • Bridal Cancellation Policy

    The client can cancel their Bridal Hair booking up to 2 weeks prior to their wedding event, this is to be requested in writing to the business email address talkingheadshairsalon@yahoo.co.uk 


    Talking Heads will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up to the point of cancellation, however, the client will not be liable for any further payments. If Talking Heads Hair Salon cannot   fulfil their obligation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement or alternatively issue the client a full refund.
